Relocating to St. Thomas
We are all too familiar with the stress associated with relocation. While many elements of the move are out of my control, I promise to make sure that the process of selecting a new home runs smoothly every step of the way. I will assist you in finding a home, negotiating the sale or lease and making sure that your new home is everything you expected.
I will be at your side, guiding you through the process, assisting in selecting a neighborhood, finding the right property, and even recommend other services such as movers, transportation etc…I am available to answer any questions in an effort to make your move as smooth as possible. Follow the steps below and you’ll be settled in, in no time. Please contact me with any further questions you may have.
Step 1
Consult with me before you arrive on St. Thomas. We can assess your needs, and I will provide you with information about the process of searching for properties, and set up appointments to view them.
Step 2
When you arrive on St. Thomas I will give you hands-on assistance in your property search. I will assist you with pre-search preparation, review with you the neighborhoods and properties that match your requirements, arrange property and neighborhood tours, and advise you on any other needs that present themselves.
Step 3
By this time, you’ve seen the properties and picked the perfect one for you. At this stage, I will work with you on negotiating terms and with closing the transaction.
Step 4
Now your contract has been secured and you’re almost ready to close, I will help by coordinating the necessary actions needed for closing and monitoring the timelines to make sure everything is completed on schedule and deadlines are met.
Step 5
You have closed on your new property but I am still at your service, even after the transaction is completed. I will follow up on the day after you close or move in to make sure you’re satisfied with your transaction, settled in, comfortable and happy. I am always available to answer any questions you may have.
If you will be leasing you can expect to pay the following rates per month plus utilities.
- Efficiency Studio $800-$1100
- Cottage $1000-$1800
- 1 Bedroom Apt. $950-$1600
- 2 Bedroom Apt. $1200-$2000
- 2-3 Bedroom Condo $1700-$3500
- 3-4 Bedroom House $2500-$5000
- Luxury Houses 3+ Bedrooms $5000 and up
